Complimentary AV Gear Demo

Prior to renting any audio visual equipment, we invite our customers to visit our Winter Park, FL location to personally view or demo any equipment they are interested in renting. With the exception of some of our very large projection screens, most of our equipment can be set up in our warehouse. We offer this to our customers on a complimentary basis, during our normal business hours. Complimentary demos are contingent that the equipment is not out on a rental during the time of the demo, and we do ask that you contact us two to three business days prior to make an appointment for a demo. We do reserve the right to change the appointment times if the equipment you would like to demo does get rented by another customer during that time, however we don’t anticipate that being an issue as we stock multiple units of most of our equipment and most rentals are booked at least several days in advance.
